In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, ROUL’ ma POULE offers the Customer, for any dispute not resolved in-store relating to the sale of products or the provision of services to which it would be a party, the possibility of having recourse to a mediator.

Recourse to the mediator is free of charge.

In the event of admissibility, the Mediator issues an opinion, at the latest, within a period of 3 months.

This opinion is not binding on either ROUL’ ma POULE or the Customer, who retains the right to refer the matter to the Judicial Court.
