Red comfort hybrid bike, grey comfort hybrid bike, blue fitness sport bike, pink gravel/road bike, Moustache electric bike (e-bikes), longtail family e-bike, children's bike, not forgetting your accessories (trailers, baby seats…).

Once your booking deposit is validated,
it's a done deal, it's reserved!
Rest assured! Your bike will be waiting for you at the designated store on the day of your reservation! And there are even more bikes available on site!

Additional information
Any booking must be validated via our partner booking platform: « NOTRESPHERE.COM » in order to confirm your booking and pay your 50% deposit.
(see and accept the rental terms and conditions « NOTRESPHERE.COM » and « ROUL’ ma POULE »).
The balance of the rental (i.e. the remaining 50%) must be paid on site at ROUL’ ma POULE ANNECY le VIEUX PETIT PORT or SEVRIER!
WARNING! Please bring your ID papers, or driving licence and bank card (CARTE BLEUE and use of PLBS+) in order to process the deposit!
WARNING! Remember to ask your bank to increase/unblock your card limit to activate the amount of the deposit (PLBS+) that will be required on site and may be high depending on the bike model.
Is there a deposit or any paperwork to bring?
We always take, before signing the contract, an ID card or driving licence, and a card pre-authorisation (PLBS+). Only then will you become responsible for the bike, its overall condition, any damage or theft, and a deposit may be required: either by bank card (CB type VISA) in the form of a bank pre-authorisation type PLBS+, or by cheque with ID or licence (to be confirmed on site).
After signing the contract you become responsible for the bike, its overall condition, any damage or theft. We advise you to store the bike in a secure place, day or night, depending on the authorised duration.
(During stops, please be careful when storing the BIKES so as not to damage the front and rear derailleurs!)
WARNING: UNBLOCK (or have your bank UNBLOCK the PLBS+) your card limit to activate the AMOUNT of the DEPOSIT, which can be significant!
Am I insured?
We do not provide theft or damage insurance!
But when signing the rental contract, you must already have third-party liability insurance, which will serve as insurance.
