Our 2026 bike rental rates

At our rental locations Roul’ ma Poule in Annecy, Annecy-le-Vieux and Sévrier, we offer all durations:

• 1h,
• 2h,
• 2 to 4h,
• +4h, or a full day,
• then 24h, 2 days, 3 days…

We also offer long-term rental (1 to 2 weeks) depending on bike models and availability—check in store.

Please note! Remember to bring your physical bank card for a bank deposit (PLBS+) in store, and make sure to have your card limit unlocked!

Yes and no! It will all depend on management’s decision and the bike model rented! Management will need a card deposit depending on the model or the bikes rented. Total payment is often made upon return, based on the actual duration used.

Yes. To rent equipment, you must be an adult and be able to prove your identity. Please bring one of the following documents:

• ID document
• Physical bank card with limit unlocked (depending on the bike rented)
• Driving licence
• Passport
• Vehicle registration document
• A rental contract is completed and signed by both parties at the start for any RENTAL.

Yes, a deposit may be required at the start (not charged) PLBS+.
It is generally done by bank card (card pre-authorisation) + ID.

Important: remember to unlock your card limit to allow the deposit pre-authorisation.

The amount of the deposit can vary between €150 and €1,900 (or more) depending on the equipment rented

To rent from Roul’ ma Poule, you must have insurance: mandatory personal Public Liability insurance.
By signing the RENTAL contract, you agree to return the rented equipment in the same condition as at departure.

• All damage, incidents, breakage or theft are the responsibility of the customer in charge of the rented equipment.
• Repairs carried out outside Roul’ ma Poule shops are not reimbursable, unless prior agreement.
• In case of accidents or theft, the customer must inform Roul’ ma Poule within 24 hours and bring back within 24 hours the theft report or complaint, filed with the gendarmerie or police.

On our side, Roul’ ma Poule has professional insurance and our bikes are regularly maintained by qualified cycle technicians.

Warning! Any equipment that is lost, damaged, or stolen must be PAID for directly in the shop! You are solely responsible for the equipment you rent!

Accessories are free: we offer them to you when the contract is drawn up, for your comfort and safety.

Helmets

• Mandatory for children under 12 on bikes
• Optional in trailers
  We recommend helmets for everyone, and provide them free of charge.
  Repair kits provided on Fitness or Gravel / Road bikes
  Already present on bikes depending on the model:
• either inner tube + tyre levers + pump, or a puncture repair spray (liquid that hardens so you can finish the ride safely)

Front basket for comfort hybrid bikes or rear basket on (VAE e-bikes)

• Available on adult-only Red or Grey comfort hybrid bikes, with a max load of 3 kg (small items, water, picnic, phone…).

Straps or bungee cord (to be returned at the end)

Locks (strongly recommended)

• Warning, we have a lot of bike theft in central Annecy.
• We lend 1 lock to secure your bike during the ride.
• The bike remains under your vigilance and responsibility in case of theft.

Tips: always secure the bike by locking the frame + one wheel to a fixed point, preferably in a visible place. For long-term rentals, store the bike overnight in a secure place, locked, and not outside on the pavement!

There is no guarantee against theft or breakage: this remains the customer’s responsibility.
