Our CSR approach

The 3 ROUL’ ma POULE bike rental shops work every day to respect the environment and standards CSR. We try to grow together to help best protect the comfort of our team at work and contribute to the protection of Lake Annecy and its unique and exceptional environment!

On a social level, we make it easier for travel by members of our team by bike; both for commuting to and from work, and for most of customer breakdown assistance , when it can be done around Lake Annecy!
We facilitate access to the workshop and to parts purchasing centers for cycling staff and try to reuse second-hand or reconditioned bike parts, via associations such as (Roul & Co),
Organic products are used for protection, maintenance, and lubrication of the equipment, to better respect staff and the environment,
Organic degreasing fountains with closed-loop systems are used in each shop,
Use of a double workshop stand electric (parktool), to make handling bikes easier for all staff, whether for maintenance or servicing the bike fleet,
Working in short supply chains with different local partners, via associations, craftspeople, businesses, or nearby suppliers,
Recycling bike parts via a local company (tricycleco),
Sorting waste at a professional waste collection center.

Families, groups & companies

Roul’ ma Poule takes care of families and friends. For tribes (and because we have quite a few parents on the team), we have everything you need: kids’ bikes suitable for ages 4 to 12, with the helmet mandatory, trailers for the youngest, seats for babies, and even longtail cargo bikes.
We also equip groups: school groups on educational outings, team-building, seminars…

Specific rates are offered for groups—don’t hesitate to contact us.

Bikes selected and maintained with care

At Roul’ ma Poule, we don’t rent “just bikes”: we offer reliable, enjoyable-to-ride equipment, chosen from well-known brands such as ARCADE Cycles, Moustache, Trek or Bergamont. Each model is tested out in real conditions, right here around Annecy.
Because a good bike is also a well-maintained bike: each model is checked, serviced and cleaned daily by the team.
And for peace of mind, we’ve also thought about equipment: helmet, lock and puncture-proof solution (depending on the bike) are included in your rental.

Great experience at this bike rental shop! The bikes were very good quality, really comfortable and equipped with everything you need (helmets, baskets…). Staff were fantastic—friendly and attentive. He found us and repaired the bike while having a nice friendly chat, and we continued our adventure. A fabulous day!
